enso_ex is the jailbreak to look at if you have a PS Vita or PlayStation TV on firmware 3.65 and want homebrew to be there every time you switch on, not after an exploit. SKGleba's untethered jailbreak and custom-firmware loader also loads your own kernel modules as plugins, and it has a bootloader-level recovery that can use an SD2Vita card in place of the console's own storage. 5.0 is from July 2023.
Download:
Download enso_ex 5.0
You get enso_ex.vpk (84 KB), the installer. A VPK is a Vita homebrew package.
What's new in 5.0:
It supports firmware 3.65 only, on CEX (retail), DEX, TOOL and CFT consoles.
Setting it up:
Careful: it changes how the console boots, so read the project's own readme and its recovery notes first. A mistake can brick the console.
