How to install:
FBNeo is fussy about ROM sets. They have to match its own set list, so a set made for MAME won't always load, and Neo Geo games need neogeo.zip in the same folder.
You'll need ps5-payload-elfldr and ps5-payload-websrv running first.

How to install:
- Copy the FBNeo folder from the zip to /data/homebrew/FBNeo on the PS5. ftpsrv is the easiest way to get it there.
- Put your own ROM sets in the roms folder, still zipped.
- Start FBNeo from the ps5-payload-websrv homebrew page (http://PS5_IP:8080) or its Launcher app.
