Flashing 360

i know this question might sound "noobish" to some of u but i was wondering,if i flash my 360 will i be able to play xbla games on cd's just like some people play games on demand on dvd's?
cuz i have already burned full arcade games on cd's (Crash Course,Yaris,etc...) and played them on my retail console and works great

Nope you will still only be able to play the trials.

If you burned a backup of some of the XBLA compilation discs, such as this: Xbox Live Hits Collection with Limbo,Trials HD and Splosion Man (Xbox 360): Amazon.co.uk: PC & Video Games then you could play the full versions of them, but thats only because its seen as a proper game by the Xbox.
