The game is the same version when u copy this game from dvd to hdd , without dvd - game doesnt work

I attached screenshot of my fable 2 achievements. Notice the day I got the first ones. (They are in DD.MM.YYYY format)
I also attached screensot of marketplace.xbox.com that shows that I have not bought fable from live.
One image shows my download history. That is the free episode 1, but it downloads as the full version.
And the last image that points here is a screenshot of the free episode 1 download that gives us the full version.
P.S. Notice that fable 2 release date on GOD: 6th of April, 2010 and the day that I downloaded the free episode 1 that gives now the full version: 29th of September, 2009

1 when you downloaded a full version, you had all the time versions of the episodes on your hard drive? -the "episodes" version was already on your hard drive?
2 When u downloaded this, the game's apear on "games library"?
3 When it came, you had it in one icon (episodes and full version)?
4 When u play "episodes" ver, then u have full version?
5 what do u think ,what should i do to have the full version only from this download?
When i start this "full game" i have popup that tells me to insert "disc"
1. I downloaded the Full Version yesterday. It showed as already bought. And I didn't have the episode 1 on my HDD, because I formatted my HDD few months ago.

5. You should delete the game and redownload it from download history. I had the same problem when I downloaded LEGO Star Wars from Games on Demand.

( When downloading the game is taken as a "Fable 2", not as previously "Skate" )And question..
U have any disc inside the console when u start fable 2?is it any different?
It works with and without a disc in.

Me too, gutted. Hate missing out on free stuff, serves me right for not coming back here often enough
