Easiest way I got a second key was to do an online preorder at Gamestop and then cancel the order after you get the beta key. I already had it preordered so I just cancelled my second one after they e-mailed me my key. I've been playing the beta on my PS3 for now and so far I am impressed with what I've played. It has a Bad Company 2 feel to it mixed with some Call of Duty thrown in. DICE has done a great job with the multiplayer so far. As it is only a beta there are a few flaws that I've come across but nothing that makes the game unbearable. Wish there was more than the 2 maps but at least they give you 2 and not 1 like in the BC2 demo. I'm betting the 360 beta will be a bit more balanced since they will have had almost 2 weeks since the beta launch to prepare it for the 360 (at least that's what I'm hoping).
Yes I could per order it from game and then cancel. Edit: pre ordered from game. Should get code on Monday then I will cancel.
