Freestyle 3 is a custom xbox dash that allows you to play backups, check the weather, extract DVDs to XEX, Coverflow and more. Some of the stuff it originally used doesn't work anymore even on the latest versions, but this new community mod by osk3 on the Se7ensSins forum fixed a bunch of these. Here's the list copied from the forum post about it

• fixed cover downloading with improved logic (no more missing game icons, or covers)
• fixed weather (full 4 day forecast with weather icons)
• fixed bugs
• improved some visual issues / minor design improvements

I've been using it with my new RGH and it's amazing. No more needing to use the WebUI to get covers, fixed bugs etc.

This will work on RGH, JTAG, Bad Update, R-JTAG etc, Do note that you will obviously need LiveBlock enabled for cover downloads to not get your console banned! (you do this by either editing your launch.ini file or using DashLaunch)
