* PAL/NTSC Detect & correct, frame 1 in 5 frame drop for PAL 50Hz.
* Frame skipping implemented as performance is borderline.
* Frame skip code is a little flakey, needs more work.
* Some games skip, some dont, be lucky!
* Some emulation problems exist, dont complain.
