hello i need major help with my rgh console im trying to use the xbox 360 nad flasher

I'm trying to fix my rgh console I haven't even got to play it yet I have been working on it sense day one almost to the point of just smashing it and throwing it away if you can help me I would greatly appreciate it I'm trying to use the 360 nad flasher thing to update it but don't have instructions ????
