[Help] Considering hacking my PS3 Slim 250 GB

Hey guys, I have a PS3 Slim 250 GB which now I just use for Blu-rays (Which are kind of rare that I buy 'em), so anywho, I'd like to know if these features below do work with a hacked PS3 box:

1. Play PSP ISO games
2. Play PS1 ISO games (PS3 Slim does play but it's not smoothly)
3. Play PS2 ISO games
4. Play all Blu-ray regions
5. Have the internet browser updated to play YouTube in HD
6. Use plugins like on PSP
7. Leave PS3 on standby like PSP
8. Use MKV to watch videos (without the need of transcoding via a PC)
9. Use PlayStation Store (Even though I don't really give a crap about it)
10. See friends list online

If 1-4 are possible then I'm definitely gonna see about hacking my PS3!

I'm not 100% on some of the stuff here, but here's what i think you can do.

1. Not that i'm aware of (not 100%)
2. You can play PS1 games released on the PSN, not ISO's
3. No
4. I believe you can.
5. Web browser works without the PSN, dont know about YouTube HD.
6. You have homebrew apps, i dont think there's plugins like on the PSP though (could be wrong)
7. Works the same as a non hacked PS3.
8. Yes, install the showtime media player (included with Multiman)

Cobra Dongle Only (35.00 Dollars or so)
2. Play PS1 ISO games (PS3 Slim does play but it's not smoothly)
Cobra Dongle, Burned PS1 games with Multiman or if it's PSN games you can use React PSN to get them.
3. Play PS2 ISO games
Cobra Dongle Only; Your PS3 can't play PS2 games as it's a slim, While cobra can still enable games to work, most will run terrible.
4. Play all Blu-ray regions
This feature MIGHT be Cobra only, can't quite remember, you'd have to do more research.
5. Have the internet browser updated to play YouTube in HD
While the terrible web browser can't play HD videos, Showtime has several plugins, one that allows HD youtube.
6. Use plugins like on PSP
Nothing like this has been made for PS3 yet.
7. Leave PS3 on standby like PSP
Same as No. 6
8. Use MKV to watch videos (without the need of transcoding via a PC)
Showtime can run MKV unless it has 10-bit encoding, it breaks the video playback. (This might be updated in the future)
9. Use PlayStation Store (Even though I don't really give a crap about it)

All answers are in bold. Also, if you're over 3.55 firmware it will be rather difficult to mod a PS3, you'd have to buy a flasher of some type E3 Flasher or Prog Skeet, I'd recommend Prog Skeet. Also you'd have to solder to the PS3 in order to downgrade.

I also have a Backwards Compatible PS3 running 3.55FW with a Cobra USB Dongle, so if you have any questions about Cobra or general modding questions, I can answer them.

Wow, that dongle's pretty damn awesome being able to play PSP games on PS3 and whatnot.

I'll have to check the FW I have on my PS3.

I checked my PS3 last night and the FW it has is 4.11 so I'd have to buy a downgrader in order to get back to 3.55? Hm, I'll wait then and hope Cobra comes to 4.11's FW.
