Help me pls...... problem installing xexmenu and nx2god

Hello everybody........
i have xbox360 NTSCJ (jasper) and have dash version of 12625. i play writeable dvd games and hve no problem running them.
i m having a problem in installing the xexmenu and nx2god, when i plug usb to my xbox360, and go to demo, it shows corrupted demo, for both xexmenu and nx2god. and while my usb remain in xbox360, i goto game library then suddenly found xexmenu but it disapper in a moment.............

does any one tell me the solution of insatalling of either xexmenu and nx2god......
and i've jtagged it through usb but to no avail.....

It's literally impossible to Jtag a 360 via USB.
