help me with mortalkombat9 and devkit please!

hi guys,
i have been trying to play mortal kombat9 on a xbox360 devkit but cant success to run the game and obtain error when trying to launch the .xex file from the xna menu.
i played so many other games that all worked in the past but this game cant play.
does anyone knows why or is having the same problem?
also cant play fable3 and shift unleashed.
my console is currently flash. 8464.0 xdk. 9328.0

i really dont understand why ...i downloaded the game from different sources try and tried again but without luck. i live in china and asked around but no one i know had any problems with that.

help help!

You are not the only one with this problem, this guy here had the same problem on his Devkit. (How do loads of people in china end up with there own Devkits?!)

Anyway he upgraded to the latest recovery which gave him the 20500.1 xdk and the 12625.0 dash, everything worked fine for him after that.

Can somebody tell how to get a Xbox 360 Devkit?

Check the Xbox Scene BST area, sometimes people have them up for sale, they will not be cheap though, usually $300-600+ for an Xenon Devkit.
Ive seen the new, never used slim Devkits going for $2000 in places.

thanks i will try to find the new devkit recovery cd somewhere by the way in china its very easy to buy a devkit i bought mine in a website called taobao.com a ebay sister.
here its very cheap i paid 100 euros.
