Hi,
I could really use some help on this.

So I tried to run Dashlaunch on my jtagged box and it said Dashlaunch was not running, so it asked if I wanted to install. I clicked on yes then my box froze.
The problem now is that when I turn on the box it stops at the screen that says "XBOX 360".

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Thanks!

Power on the console with the eject button, place a backup of your Freeboot nand on a FAT32 formatted USB stick, ensuring its called updflash.bin.

Xell will flash this nand to your console, power off the console and unplug it for two minutes.

The console should be working as it was before.

Hmm, guess I'd be out of luck if I don't have a backup? I wasn't the one that jtagged my box.

Load Xell with a network cable connected to your xbox, it should tell you a webserver is online at the Xbox's ip address.

You can use this to dump the 360's nand over your web browser, then use that to create a new nand.

Is there a guide I can follow to dump the nand over my web browser? Just don't want to mess anything up along the way.

Also do I follow the steps from here (Easily update your Jtagged or RGH Xbox 360 to Kernel / Dashboard 14699 with XeBuild) in order to build the new nand?

Basically plug a network cable in to your Xbox 360 and load Xell.

You will see a screen like this:

Where it says network config 192.168.1.99 you would enter http://192.168.1.99 in to your web browser (your ip address here will be different)

You then simply press a button to download a raw flash dump.

This can be used to build a new nand following my tutorial.

It worked out, awesome! Even updated to the 14699 dash along the way.
Thanks again for all the help.

Is there a way to get the video player working? When I try to play a video off of a USB it says it's not supported and I'd have to connect to live.
