How do I install espn app from usb/cd

I downloaded the ESPN app to my pc and got a folder called "584807F0" and I have tried putting it on a usb memory stick, burning it to a cd etc. but xbox won't do anything with it.

I got the app from here

I can't just download it from my us gold account as I am outside the us.

I'm very sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I'm new here.

Can someone please help me out?

You can't use ESPN if you are outside US
