Guys, with LT+ 3.0 the truncate method is an epic fail. At one point the game loads just fine on the dash but for most of the time it results in Unsupported to Play DVD errors. The game runs absolutely fine straight from the game disk (Verbatim/Mitsubishi media) but it gives me headache with super long load time and noises. The game installs smoothly on the USB Disk but it strikes back with disk authorization failed error after about 2-3-5 minutes. That 3% less data certainly bring pain in the ass. That is why I have chosen to get a Liteon iHas Burner. hat do you think about it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...rd_t=201&pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_i=B0001DYXOU or, http://www.amazon.com/Lite--Super-A...1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1324882164&sr=1-1 I got a deal to get something from Amazon USA which I believe I will receive within January 15. Can someone kindly verify me that it is the right one or is there a more better fit?
based on the reviews, this one works & also are you manually patching games? http://www.amazon.com/Lite--Super-A...1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1324882164&sr=1-1
Thanks a lot. Just ordered one. I patched Arkham City using XBC (Build 350) with one of the retail owner's uploaded Topology data on 360iso. Later, I used c4eva's universal XGD3 topologies for NFS The Run and AC: Rev.All these truncated ones run just fine off the game disks. For some unknown reasons AC:B and NFS: HP are not uploaded yet.
