Indie Game Section on Xbox LIVE Marketplace?

So, I've been trying to find the Indie Game Section on Xbox LIVE Marketplace, but couldn't, however there was an advertisement about it and so that's how I got to it.

Isn't there a simple way to enter than advertisement?

Btw, do Indie games have achievements?
