Installing Games To Hdd With Pc

    my xbox 360 samsung laser is half dead,it's not reading 100%,like if i install a game into hdd after 5 or 6 times it's sucessgully installing ,i want to know that ,is there any way to copy game content to xbox harddisk from pc normal dvd rom by conntect xbox hdd to pc ,and while running game in xbox 360 it just read only few bytes from dvd so no problem.

    is my question is clear?

    just like demos to xbox 360 hdd,is ther way to copy Full games to hdd

    Nope its not possible, even when installing a game on a friends console using your profile and hard drive the game will only play from the hard drive on the console it was installed on.

    Its a pointless restriction if you ask me, you still need the disc in the drive to play the game regardless...

    i have disk but my xbox can't read properly,at first it reading okay,ut after two minutes ,it says diskread error,

    i just want to copy contents from the dvd to xbox hdd ,with the help PC-dvd-rom

    What i was trying to tell you no matter what its not possible.

    You need to install the game from the dashboard on your Xbox 360 using your Xbox 360's DVD drive, you can not use a DVD drive from the PC.

    Essentially, you would have to probably setup a Jtag, and "download" the games you bought, and store them on the hard drive (or an external one). So that you don't have to use the drive.

    If I remember, can't you replace the drive?

    Yes, you can. Would probably be his best bet to do so. I've seen some online for about $50 US, so they aren't that expensive.
