I saw a video where a Guy says It is safe to play live with rgh/jtag nowadays because Microsoft is not giving a f about the old generation console, but i didn't found any font for that information, and nobody is talking about this anywhere else.

You have to pay for stealth services to go online with a Jtag / RGH console. I wouldn't personally do so with my main Xbox Live profile put it that way.

It is said in the video that you don't need any stealth or illegal method to go online, and he also shows that. I have tried myself and haven't been banned yet.

I'd like to say that whenever i post a reply with the video i mentioned as a source for my info It gets deleted, even If It is not breaking any rules. So, i'll try to make a video myself and If It gets deleted too i will become racist.

Ok so i tested out.
I have uninstalled dash launch from my nand and logged with my profile on xbox live and it worked normally and i didn't get banner for a month and a half. I stopped logging for a week and when i went to see if i was banned i wasn't, but then i installed dashlaunch on my nand again so i could test if live would also work with custom dashboard (Aurora). Well, it worked. But my kv was banned about 3 Days later. I really don't know if it really doesn't get banned without dashlaunch installed on nand or if just takes longer to be banned. I got a new kv and i'll be testing to see the result and maybe stop being lazy and try to record this time.
