Looks great i must admit, time will tell if it really looks that good on the 360.

I believe it will. The two version of GTA V are being made side by side (so no ports from 360>PS3 or vice versa), so it will definitely looks similar, and both versions will take advantage of each console as best as possible.

Great to here, sounds like it really is going to be one of the final games that will squeeze every bit of power out of the both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
I'm quite looking forward to GTA5 must admit, I wasn't that interested after GTA 4. All the videos, info and screenshots getting released look great.

Apparently its coming to PC in November this year Nvidia say, so it may end up on next gen consoles at some point too.

It'll be interesting to see how they grow the GTA online portion. I always liked the concept of the whole world is your lobby. Just hope they open it up to more than 16 people at a time.

+1 GTA 5 looks so much better than the last game, very glad i pre ordered now.

100+ people in a single game would be pretty awesome given the world size. I know it would never be that many, but a good number would be nice for sure!

These screens are from the current-gen consoles version? Well, that's very impressive.
I'll wait for the next-gen version of GTA V instead (Rockstar's developing it although they won't confirm or the current-gen consoles would lose sales), so in October I'll purchase Sonic Lost World for my Wii U a game that I've been waiting anxiously for. And then in December it's Super Mario 3D World. ^_^

Whilst I'm not a graphics snob, I hope these are all proper in engine and not from a PC/Next gen port.
Also, what console is everyone getting theirs on? I'll be picking this up for Xbox

Initially I was going with the Xbox 360 version but seeing how the game will potentially be coming out for the next-gen consoles I'll wait and see. I'd like to play it on the Wii U because of the advantage of the GamePad (all the details on the second screen without interrupting the main game).

But well if it's not released for the Wii U then I'll play it on the PS4, and in case it's not for the PS4 then PS3 shall be the one. It's all in one disc unlike the Xbox 360 which has two (1- main game / 2- installation disc).

So it's around 17GB to 20GBs? I was expecting the PS3 version to be between 25GB-30GB due to the Blu-ray's disc space and being uncompressed, but if even the 360 version can pull off the same graphics as the PS3 then they've done an absolute amazing work on both consoles which were said to be maxed out.

I imagine once that PKG is installed the game will take up more space, so 17.2gb minimum on the PS3. Even the 360 has a mandatory install requirement for the game, so with that in mind and that Microsoft have been good with compression i would expect the 360 version to be 15-16gb+ easily, just a guess though.
A lot of games have been said to push both consoles to the max this gen, from what ive seen of GTA 5 that just goes above and beyond what any other game has so far. I really do think that will be the game that defines this console generation. I would personally love to see GTA 5 on the PC at some point (presuming its a good port, unlike GTA4) or next gen consoles in the future.
