Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console. If you want to burn multiple demo's on one disc follow this guide or this guide if burning only a single demo.

This demo stands tested and working for other NTSC/U consoles. It should work for PAL and NTSC/J but it stands untested in those regions.

This co-operative action horror FPS takes you and your friends through the cities, swamps and cemeteries of the Deep South, from Savannah to New Orleans across five expansive campaigns. You’ll play as one of four new survivors armed with a wide and devastating array of classic and upgraded weapons. In addition to firearms, you’ll also get a chance to take out some aggression on infected with a variety of carnage-creating melee weapons, from chainsaws to axes and even the deadly frying pan. You’ll be putting these weapons to the test against (or playing as in Versus) three horrific and formidable new Special Infected. You’ll also encounter five new “uncommon” common infected, including the terrifying Mudmen. Helping to take L4D’s frantic, action-packed gameplay to the next level is AI Director 2.0. This improved Director has the ability to procedurally change the weather you’ll fight through and the pathways you’ll take, in addition to tailoring the enemy population, effects, and sounds to match your performance. L4D2 promises a satisfying and uniquely challenging experience every time the game is played, custom-fitted to your style of play.

Instructions:
Use a burning program to burn the l4d2.iso to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. We do recommend the use of Imgburn, seems to be the best program for burning and its free!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to My Xbox>Game Library>All Games> then select the demo.
Enjoy!

i wanna play with my friends on splitscreen where there is 4 player
in left 4 dead one the splitscreen only goes up to 2 players
so just wondering if in l4d2 the splitscreen can go up to 4 player
all that locally of course as my friends dont have a 360 but i do have 4 controllers

I believe its 2 player per console like Left 4 Dead, You will need another console for 4 player.

hello ! how burn the .iso ? with the option "write image file to disc" or "write files/folders to disc" (with imgburn)?
or can i open the iso and have the folder "content"

I dont know what I did wrong??
I downloaded it, burned it using the instructions and when I put it in 360 it shows up as mixed media disc and doesnt read that the demo is there

Did you check the demo section on the 360 dash i presume? it should be a mixed media disc.

I checked game library then all games, wasn't listed then I checked demos also wasn't listed... Have no idea what I did wrong followed the instructions.. Thanks for the upload king I guess I must of did something wrong somewhere but I cant see where burned it twice just to make sure.. Guess I'll just have to wait till next week

Thanks for all the great swag guys and kingburns especially. This game works great but It appears that the running animations for the zombies are acting very wierd, it looks almost like they are iceskating or floating along the ground. I saw a group of zombies climibing a fence and they literally just floated up it in the same position. Is this becuase it is a early demo or am I burning it wrong?

Also I know this is a very newb question but couldnt you burn a full version 360 game to a dvd using the same file structure as a demo? Or is there a specific key each game requires to run? It seems like it would make burning games a thousand times easier? Has anyone attempted this? Am I the thousandth person to mention this?

By some miracle I got it to work and actually burn right and show up on my 360 but then when I click to play it goes to black screen and freezes lol
I think i'm destined to wait till next week lol
