I've released a converter that restores the original Xbox-exclusive bonus content to the Windows PC version of Magic: The Gathering – Battlegrounds.
The original Xbox received an Expansion Pack containing content that was never officially released for the Windows version. The purpose of this project was to get that content working properly on PC rather than simply copying the Xbox files over.
After comparing the Xbox and Windows versions and working through the differences between them, the converted content is now working in the Windows game, including the additional spells and their associated assets, effects, sounds, localization, and other required game data.
The converter does not include the original game or a pre-converted copy of the Xbox DLC.
Users need:
The required original Xbox bonus-content source can be automatically acquired by the converter, so users do not normally need to locate or prepare the DLC manually. A local DLC source can also be used where applicable.
The converter then performs the required conversion locally and installs the resulting bonus content into the Windows game.

I also wanted to mention Digiex specifically because its Original Xbox DLC preservation work helped keep this content available in the first place. The existing Digiex Xbox DLC archive includes the Magic: The Gathering – Battlegrounds Expansion Pack, and preservation efforts like that are a major reason projects like this are still possible so many years later.
