This arcade trial doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos/arcade trials or this one if burning only a single demo/arcade trial.

Engage in a single duel, attempt an entire campaign, team up with a friend for a cooperative “Two-Headed Giant” campaign, or overcome challenges that pit you against impossible odds with a single opportunity for victory. With multiple game modes, an interactive tutorial, leaderboards, and achievements, Duels of the Planeswalkers has something for everyone!

Instructions:
Extract the mtg.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.

I never did get into the card game when it was popular in my childhood. I may give this a go just to see what it was like. I imagine you would have to have some knowledge of the card game prior to playing this though.

 

is this a good trial game what am i able to do??

How can I play it on Xeon and Cxbx emulators? They ask for an *.XBE file, but the contents are without extensions.
