It is available with copies of ZOE HD Collection in Japan right now. I think there are sources out there that have it but where I do not know.

There is not going to be a 360 release of this demo for the Japanese, so there is no demo for them I believe.
 
The game won't even come out on X360 in Japan if I recall. But the demo will arrive tomorrow for European and American users, so we should wait until then :)
