O OrangeMohawk Active Member Joined Jun 26, 2014 Messages 32 Jun 28, 2014 #2 You don't want to use the update from xbox.com until after you've flashed your NAND with the 16756 kernel. After you've re-flashed the NAND, you can use the xbox.com update to get back avatars and kinect functionality. See here for a more in-depth explanation
