Modern Warfare 2 glitch unlocks full Xbox Live Arcade games

Update: Seems that the last Dashboard update has now stopped this glitch from happening. Dammit!

Would a factory settings reset allow this glitch to happen again, or is it fixed for good now?

If it wasn't patched from a Title Update but from a dashboard update then the glitch is gone for good.
