Need some help using hddhackr 1.40

Hello,

I have a WD3200BEKT-75PVMT1 (320 gig) and it's manufactured in june 2013. I have tried using hddhackr 1.40 to flash the drive which it does work. However when I try to create the partition it fails. I get this error "sector 16 failed"
I am using these files
hddss320.bin
hddhackr 1.40

I appreciate any help thank you
