Needing serious help!!

Recently bought an xbox one for my son. When I ordered it I didn't realize it had no OS. So now I have an xbox one that can't be played. I have tried downloading the factory download on a USB along with 3 different updates. None of it has worked!! Please help me! My son is heart broken that he can't play.

Maybe the internal hard drive has failed? if so then your going to have issues.

Their is a Linux script you can use to prepare a new hard drive: GitHub - Juvenal1/xboxonehdd: Xbox One HDD Creation Tools however it's not something I have ever done.
