Neee help!!!

I have a halo edition xbox 360 the disc drive doesnt work and i do not have internet i brought it to a friends house yesterday and bought gta 5 and it downloaded to my hard drive but i brought it home to play it and it keeps saying i have to sign in to an xbox live account to play which i do not have internet access any way around that? Also i made sure the time and date was correct but still wont work and made a second account that also didnt work

You probably need to transfer the licences for the games to your Xbox 360, Microsoft have a good step by step process for this: Xbox 360 Digital Rights Management

On the link above click on: "Can I transfer a content licence from one Xbox 360 console to another?" and it should help ensure your console has a licence for GTA 5 so the game can be used offline.
