Hello, please excuse my bad English but I would like to lose a saved game of Pokémon Battle Revolution in Spanish with the option to copy Pokémon enabled. Thank you very much in advance for your attention.

To my knowledge you either always have the ability to copy or get it extremely early but it wont work if the ds is the wrong language or on a flashcart.
