If you keep a jailbroken PS5 stocked with payloads, PS5 Payload Manager saves you from sending each one by hand. itsPLK's tool is a web dashboard you can open from a PC, a phone or the PS5 itself. Import payloads from a USB drive or its online repository, set a list to load automatically at start-up, and it puts a Payload Manager icon on the home screen. There's also an optional setting that closes the Disc Player on start-up, which helps anyone who jailbreaks through a Blu-ray disc.

The file is pldmgr_v0.5.2.elf (2.4 MB). Version 0.5.2 came out on 29 September 2026. It's a rebuild with the latest SDK and adds support for firmware 13.60.
Getting it running, two ways:

- Use it with an autoloader (Y2JB, BD-JB or Lua). pldmgr.elf is already the default payload in the latest autoloader versions.
- Or send pldmgr_v0.5.2.elf to the ELF loader yourself: nc -q0 PS5_IP 9021 < pldmgr_v0.5.2.elf
