Right My Xbox Lives Been Banned, And Someones Got On It And Bought 1000 Microsoft Points On It,, The Problem Is Well Its My Little Brothers Birthday And 3 Days And They've Spend 8 Quid On Microsoft Points On The Banned Profile? What Should I Do Because My Dad Will Think Im Lying And Everything. I Dont Know What To Do, And Saying It Isnt Quite An Option So....Im Screwed Aint I?

Call up Microsoft or go to their forums. You may get refunded if the points were added after it was already banned, if not then nope.

Yeah They Were Added After I Was Banned That Was The Problem. I Cant Get To The Phone To Sort All This Out Because I Would Be Using More Money On My Mothers Credit Card And I Dont Know How They Got On It Though ://

Was it just a temporary ban? It shouldn't be possible to add points to a perm-banned profile.
