RSX is an opensource Xbox Dashboard from the people who brought you the neXgen opensource Xbox Dashboard
Although no changes have been committed since 2005 you can view the projects page on Sourceforge here
Basically rdx is a collection of new emulator ports for the Xbox along with very basic dashboard like functionality
The primary aim of releasing RSX was to try and stimulate the Xbox homebrew dev community a little.
