Initially I was a little disappointed with Microsoft's announcements, we knew most of what was going to be shown from last years E3.
The new 360 model looks nice however its nothing really new when you think about it. The 360 Arcade i got back in 2008 to replace my launch console has HDMI, its piratically silent and has a nice 250gig drive as i'm sure you all know
It is also it is compatible with all existing accessories.
Dont get me wrong though if for what ever reason I was buying a new 360 and only had a 20gig drive i'm sure I would end up with the new 360 model.
One thing for sure is im sure the new 360 will put an end to people modding DVD drives and hard drives in the near future.
At first I wasn't that impressed with Natal, however I watched the Microsoft E3 press conference online this afternoon and realised it actually is quite an amazing bit of kit, I still don't think I would buy it as I soon see the novelty of the games wearing off... however it has my interest for now.
Gears of War 3 - finally 4 player co-op, also looked nothing short of amazing to me

It would be even better if the new Xbox supported Blu-Ray which being absent is such a downside
