delisted Super Monkey Ball from Xbox Live

anyone on earth got it??
 
Its sad i used to have this game in my purchase history. when xbox live got an upgrade around 2010 it broke the majority of my purchase history and owned digital content. my account is one of the 800 or so that has been stuck in a weird state
