Super Noob in Xbox360 Jtag!

Hello guys,
please help me out coz i wanna Jtag my Bro. in law Xbox 360 (falcon) that he gave me.
i'm kinda aware of the 3 wire and Diode, after that i really don't have an idea what is next.
can anyone help me out what to do next. thanx....

Firstly is the console on dashboard 7371 or lower?

If it's been updated it can't be Jtagged. You would have to look in to the RGH hack if so which requires buying a glitch chip (essentially a modchip).
