System Update Stopped

    :S So i bought a 360 broken and used, it boots up to system update stopped and give me a status code 3CD6-40A3-B780-0F00-C000-007B

    Anyone know which update this code goes with, the last 3 updates dont work on my flash drive

    Is the flash drive FAT32 formatted? Do you have any other USB Drives to try with?

    It is formatted as Fat32, i have tried many flash drives in many sizes, just cant figure it out.. I have tried the last 5 updates

    It is a 4gb slim, there was either a hdd in it that had the update or they were using a flash drive

    Apparently that can happen if the consoles DVD drive is flashed, do you know if the console has been modified to play burned games?

    If so you need to flash it back to stock firmware.

    I do not believe the system was flashed, its never been opened, but idk if in the last few years they made it to where you can flash without opening your system?? Its been a while since ive played with xbox.. I just got a older 360, that has iextreme on it

    He said "if the consoles DVD drive is flashed", not the console itself. If your console has iXtreme, then that means your console's DVD drive is indeed flashed.

    Yes i know what he said, i also said the system has never been opened so no the dvd drive is not flashed.

    The console has a lite on dg-16d5s-11b drive in it.
