Well titles says it all.
I have the latest freeboot 13599 dashboard installed. Up to this point all retail and xbla games worked perfectly. This game says it needs a system update upon start!
I used the scene release of this game.

Anyone have any idea hoe to get it to work?

Thanks. Could you elaborate a bit? I installed dashlaunch without any problems. However, from wht I understood, it's just an application launcher. So what do I have to do to block version check? The game still doesn't start...

Dashlaunch also has additional patches, such as the one to remove the 30ms ping limit from system link games, block games from checking your dashboard version and so on.

Just by installing it you should get the version check patch i believe.

Look in your the root of your hard drive for your launch.ini, this contains your settings for Dashlaunch. Copy it to your pc and open it with notepad, if you see "contpatch = true" set it to "contpatch = false" that can cause problems with some arcade games (its the patch to unlock arcade games without yaris swap)

Also do you have the avatars installed on your console? some games need these to function correctly.
If you dont you can run the official 13599 update from here: https://digiex.net/downloads/downlo...pdate-2-0-13599-0-avatars-download-final.html on your jtag, that will just restore the avatars and kinect data.

That is perfectly safe to do as long as your sure your on the 13599 dashboard.

Hi,

ok, now I'm sure it's the missing avatars. Thanks for the info I'll try and update!
You sure I won't run into any trouble since dashlaunch changed my nand somehow...

Edit: Just reflashed vanilla 13599 and applied update. Works now, thanks!
