Transfer HDD from banned 360 to legit

Hey guys,

I need some guidance please. I have a modded xbox360 that got banned, I purchased another machine and recovered my old gamertag, all is good.

But I had a bunch of arcade games and map packs on the banned console, am I able to transfer old (banned) xbox HDD to new (legit) HDD without any problems?

I have the transfer cable and disc from M$ - im not worried about loosing anything other than XBL account tbh, I just wanted to play COD WaW, but all the new maps are on old HDD lol

Just re download them from Xbox Live, they worn't cost you anything as you already own them.

Press the guide button and select Account management, *I think* your download history is in there, just look about its not hard to find.

You can then re download anything you have downloaded in the past.

oh lord, sorry for such a stupid question then. I had no idea everything was attached to my XBLA rather than HDD
