Ultra Pandora Installer (UPI) is the all-in-one PSP utility for anyone who owns a Pandora battery. Marce_82's program converts a battery to a Pandora (it asks 'Do you want to make Battery a Pandora?'), builds and installs the IPL, installs the Time Machine boot and the Despertar del Cementerio (DC) IPLs, and can convert the Pandora or DC1 to DC4 IPL to the Time Machine format. Version 4.C is from November 2008.

Copy the folders from MsRoot to the root of the PSP memory stick, overwriting when asked. Then run Ultra Pandora Installer from the Game menu and use the Battery Options and the DC menu.
Careful: changing a battery to Pandora (or back) writes to the battery itself, and a mistake can ruin it. Read each prompt before you confirm.
It pairs well with Rain's UltraLite MMS Maker and Time Machine.
