CBP3 Volume 2 is finished and available for download for PC & PS3!

The bonus pack features 10 new levels (3 DM, 6 CTF & 1 WAR) and 2 new characters (War Machine & Kat).

From personal experience I’ve found the Community Bonus Packs for the Unreal series to contain some of the best user created levels.
