Update Dash Board on Xbox360 Slim RGH

Hello i'm new to this site
I have got a lovely Xbox360 Slim what as got coolrunner install. The thing is i have never updated the Xbox Dash Board on it from when i have got it. The Dash Board on it is 2.0.15574.0 and i can see that the new one is 2.0.16203.0 what i have got installed on my not modded Xbox360 slim.

Can somebody please tell me how to update as i have been looking but never come up to a site that as good info on it.. I hate to go and mess things up.
I have got Freefreestyle 3 install onit to.

I'm from the UK and it's a PAL Xbox.

Follow parts 1 and 2 of this tutorial to dump your nand and get your current cpu key

After build your nand with xeBuild GUI

Now go back to part 4 of the tutorial here - 4. Flashing the new nand to the Xbox 360.

Hey thnak you for the reply. I have updated the Xbox by watching a how to video on YouTube. All working lovely now but i can't get kinect to work it's asking for a update.

I have a question. Should I update to dash 2.0.16203.0 using that tutorial or can I simply download the update file from xbox website, rename the folder to $$ystemupdate copy it to a USB pen plug it in and do the update?

I have dash 2.0.16202.0 with dash launch installed at this moment. Thanks

You need to follow the tutorial to update, downloading the update directly from the Xbox website will mess up your jtag / rgh console.
