what is god/rip games

I don't know what is god/rip games i keep seeing it when i need to download games on my jtag
 
GoD = Games on Demand, its a container for storing games on the internal hard drive. GoD games can be loaded from the Microsoft Dashboard.
RIP = Games which have been ripped from the disc, sometimes they can have things missing however are usually complete. Ripped games can be loaded from an external hard drive with Freestye Dash or XEX Menu.
