    LOOK Ive Tried It Offline And It Doesnt Work You Have To Be Signed Into Xbox live For The MODDED profile Work !!

    You do need a console that can connect to live for a modded profile to work, i think what Michael is saying is once you have signed in you can use the content offline with your own profile until you quit the game.
