What is the fastest method to transfer files to xbox 360

I usually transfer my files using xbox sdk by ethernet cable but it started transfering at a rate of approximately 2mb/s and im pissing off good when a single game take literally a whole hour to transfer.

Is the 360 on WiFi? that would explain the speed drops.

However if you are transferring a game with many small files this will take longer, than say transferring a GoD packaged game where you are uploading just a few large chunks of the game.

FTP works well for me.

makes sense. like i said i was using ethernet but is still taking so much time that makes me want to come out of the closet
