Where does COD go after MW3?

What do you think future COD games will be about?

Modern Warfare:
With the leak of the MW3 ending we now know that

Makarov dies which seems like an end to that threat. Unless there is a second in command to Makarov or a whole entire other threat, I don't see the MW franchise going anywhere.

Black Ops:
There wasnt a threat at the end of BO, but if you 'hacked' the terminal you can find out that somehow Woods survived
and is being held in Hanoi. Also, if you look at the very last(I think) piece of intel, you would find out that Mason,Hudson and Weaver are on the run from
the C.I.A.. To me, that won't make a quality game (Though it could).




My theory is they make decide to continue on the action/adventure that was going to be a downloadable title by sledgehammer games which was said that they could add new weapons/maps into it at anytime


But other than that i see COD FPS Domince running out quiet fast

Never really did the carrer just loved the online play

Cod will keep going aslong as it is making money

I have a problem with all cods with IW(Sleghammer) i loved the campaigns and thought online was terrible. With black ops i loved the online and hated the campaign that i still havent done.

Well, shit, I shouldn't have read that spoiler, hopefully it'll get erased sometime soon.

Anyway, the online gameplay on the CoD is fantastic and as long as it's lucrative, there's no reason for Activision to end the franchise.

Though, for the Modern Warfare series, the 3rd (the third) seems like a nice number to wrap up things.

COD can only really go futuristic now, as they have done ALMOST all wars. If it goes futuristic, then COD loses it's fan-base because it'll be too much like Halo, and then we have Battlefield...

They can go back and set it in the stone age, when you get a kill streak you will get a heard of mad elephants that charge about killing every one.

Another perk will be a trojan horse which blows up when you try open it.

Guns will not exist so you will throw pebbles and rocks instead of shooting, once you upgrade your class you will be able to get other weapons such as bows, arrows and axes.

Basically it will be an FPS version of Age of Empires with an extreme kill streak reward where gods fire lightning bolts down form the sky to kill you (instead of some helicopter)

It just might work as a game, although it will never happen!

I would like to see them maybe follow the adventures of a Rogue Nazi who is against the Hitler ways. Trying to build a clan strong enough to escape and decimate Nazi Germany. This could entail many aspects where the soldier has to against his will fight for the Nazi's not to blow his cover and what not. I believe it has the potential to be a brilliant story line. as for the Multiplayer, Rogue soldiers against true Nazi soldiers possibly.

This may have very well been done before in a game but i'm too ignorant to bother looking it up

I really feel that Tryarch puts out a better online experience than IW. I miss the individual game type win leaderboard of WAW (Still my favorite online Call of Duty) MW3 has been better online than MW2 was but I went in with low expectations so was not set up for disappointment like I was on MW2.

I think with regards to online play its just not balanced, i always find myself getting owned by people who have put 1week+ in to the game online, and there's me there with about 15 hours online time in MW3. I have no complaints about the game types or anything, its just like in most Xbox games the match making sucks if your not a regular player. I like all the maps in MW3 though and it has some good game modes.

Don't underestimate the value of playing in groups either. Being in a full 6 is a huge advantage over playing by yourself.

Oh indeed i totally agree, i always do better when playing as a group as we communicate and help each other.
Only downside is people i play with play as little as me!

Hell no I have all cods on xbox. The I started buying them on ps3 till I got to black ops then found out ps3 cant handle the game.

Yeah , i have them all too on 360 , but i have a couple of friends that play the Cod series on PS3 as well .
