Wii motion plus not working

You know how in some homebrew apps, motion plus can't work? I need help. I tried using wii mod to get the trucha bug, and now, my wii cannot communicate with my wii motion plus remote. I know how to fix it by using bootmii and restoring my nand backup but the thing is, how to i boot into bootmii by boot? I could only install bootmii as IOS so i can't boot into it. Any way i can fix my wii?

Can you launch bootmii from the homebrew channel using a normal Wii Mote? not one with motion plus.

Huh? Now it seams to be working? Something is odd. It fixed itself? I don't know. Would you mind putting this in the trash?
