Windows 8 on HTC Trophy

Does anyone know if its possible to download and flash my phone to windows 8 seeing how's ms ain't doing a update to the phone.

I don't thinks you can my friend, the min. specs can't be obtained on the HTC Trophy however you'll get the Windows phone 7.8 upgrade. There's some difference from Windows phone 8 and Windows phone 7 though. I believe even if you were to flash it to run windows phone 8, the OS would be very laggy. The image below shows the nokia document showing the difference between the two versions; ignore the Nokia programs.
