I downloaded the 2.09 update to a cd and booted my 360 with it. It prompted me to install the update and I hit next, I forgot/didn't realize that I was going to need hard drive space of some kind to install the update. At this time I didn't have a storage device of any kind so i quit the update process and turned off the 360.
Every since then - it does not autoboot the cd or the usb flash drive and totally ignores the update files. Inside system info, it reads dashboard version 2.09blabla
Do I have to wait until there is a newer update than this one for the system to upgrade? Is there a way to downgrade or force the update?
