Xbox 360 Dashboard Update 2.0.12567.0 Download

This will disable your Xbox Live access until the dashboard is officially released, you have been warned.

Information:

Xbox Live Preview Program Update with new Refreshed look

How to install:
1.) Unrar the download
2.) Copy the $SystemUpdate folder to the root of a CD or USB Stick (The memory stick must be FAT or Fat32 formatted)
3.) Insert the CD or USB Stick into your Xbox 360 console.
4.) You will be automatically prompted to update with a USB stick, with a CD / DVD it should say Mixed Media Disc, power down the 360 and power it on again. You should be ask to update before the 360 boots to the dashboard.
5.) Once the update is complete your Xbox 360 will restart then boot up to the new dashboard. Enjoy!

Has anyone had any issues with these beta dashboards?

After installing the first one (the one before this), the audio is messed up when I play COD:WAW. It's like it's switched to surround sound, even though I have it set to stereo. It's fine on my other Xbox which is running the latest NXE dash and it was fine on this Xbox before I installed the beta update. I'll try it again tomorrow now that I've updated to 2.0.12567.0.
 
Weird. Oh well, thanks anyway! When you say "comin' soon" for the latest version, do you mean tonight, or will it be tomorrow? I'm not trying to be pushy, lol, just if you're going to be uploading the latest one soon I'll update before I go to bed.
 
I am sorry if this is obviously known, but in these builds are the Zune and ESPN functions available? I cannot find them in my installed 2.0.12567.0.

Of course not, this is from the preview program. Everyone that uses this update and isn't in the preview program will lose access to live until its official release in November.

In order to stop more complaints about people updating and losing access to live, could XBOX HACKER or an admin/mod edit the post with this message This will disable your Xbox Live access until the dashboard is officially released, you have been warned.

I'm glad to see the younger people are getting good :) i used to be like you years ago before i had a family and got married if it wasn't for you not all of us would get this dashboards as fast as we do
