Xbox 360 Dashboard Update BETA 2.0.13142.0 Download

  • Support for XGD3 Disc Format (Xbox 360 games can use an extra 1gig of space)
  • AP2.5 checks for all games activated
  • Flashes DVD drive firmware upon updating the Xbox 360 dashboard with this update

How to install:
1.) Unrar the download
2.) Copy the $SystemUpdate folder to the root of a CD or USB Stick (The memory stick must be FAT or Fat32 formatted)
3.) Insert the CD or USB Stick into your Xbox 360 console.
4.) You will be automatically prompted to update with a USB stick, with a CD / DVD it should say Mixed Media Disc, power down the 360 and power it on again. You should be ask to update before the 360 boots to the dashboard.
5.) Once the update is complete your Xbox 360 will restart then boot up to the new dashboard. Enjoy!

I also never recieved email notification of it but I checked the connect.microsoft and it said I was accepted.
 
ok got some info from se7en sins

theyve fount out games on demand with modded profile are patched the game corrupts upon sign in



modded profiles imediatly corrupt eg cod buttons ect


possibly more


and over at cfw sites they said once the dash is installed you can reflash the dvd drive
but the dashboard immediatly reflashes it upon startup

  • Reflashes the DVD drive to a new 0272 stock FW (only affecting Slim 9504 Lite-On with modified firmware for now) and changes known AP 2.5 challange/response table.
  • Adds multi-language voice commands for Kinect.
  • Adds Hulu Plus as an app download via Xbox Live. The service will be available for U.S Xbox Live Gold Members only.[2]
  • Avatar Kinect. Allowing players to scan their face in real-time to match with their avatar.
  • Updates Netflix to include Kinect capabilities.
  • Support for new XGD3 disk format for games, adds 1GB of usable disk space and extra anti-piracy features to new games.
 
If it does reflash upon boot an I/O switch of some type will probably have to be made to stop the dvd drive from receiving power at those times but that alone may cause a flag.
 
yes it will as it is reflashing modifyed fw with stock and flagging the consoles and even if they reflash to modifyed it reflashs back and updated stock is even harder to crack i hear


but work around could be maybe fw spoofing?
 
I want to update my normal Xbox 360 , but what happens if you you update a normal stock Xbox 360 without being in the Beta ?
Will i be banned or just disconnected to XBL as long as the Beta is on ?

Just to be sure . I have a stock Xbox 360 . So if i update i can't go on XBL ?

Yeah , i have updated & no Xbox Live acces . it doesn't matter because my gold subscription ended anyway .
