Xbox 360 Dashboard Update 2.0.14719.0 Download

hi i have arcade when im update my xbox to this dashbord my xbox stop playing copy games what should i do? and it only shows xbox logo
 
Guys I am newbie for xbox 360 mod. Recently I get my xbox 250 GB Slim with Kinect modded. As per them I have Hitachi drive (which can only play backup games if installed on disk.), not sure what he was saying. So I asked him to do it. As I do not have Kinect at that time so can't check that. Once I am back home and trying connecting my Kinect, it says update required. Now its 2 days I can't use my Kinect, though backup games work just fine. I can see my dashboard version as 2.0.14719.0. I read through many posts here, some questions.

1. How to know make/model of hard drive in xbox?
2. What's LT + 3 etc, how to know which one I have?
3. How to make Kinect workable again by keeping my mod.
4. As I am techie myself, can anyone tell how to do what that guy did to my xbox.

1. I presume you mean DVD drive? open the console and have a look at the drive inside it.
2. LT+ 3.0 is the latest DVD drive firmware that allows the console to play burned game.
3. Say yes to the kinect update, you can update the firmware on the kinect fine.
